Delivery & Returns

I ship orders by Royal Mail twice a week unless stated if its personalised or made to order. Your order will be shipped within 2-3 working days 

+ Orders are usually sent Tuesday and Fridays

+ All UK orders are £1.50 per an order, with free shipping with orders £15.00 or more. They are sent 2nd class to keep costs low. 

 + Click & Collect is available for you to pick up your order from our Sheffield studio. You will get an email from us to arrange delivery. 

All orders are well packaged to avoid damage. We try to use as much recyclable packaging as possible and try to reuse all the packaging we get from suppliers. Bubblewrap is essential for some products to avoid damage during delivery. There is special recycle points for this type of plastic.

All orders are wrapped in tissue paper

All our products ( except made to order or personalised ) can be exchanged or refunded in an unused, new condition within 14 days. 

All returns are payable by the customer
