UK Delivery

We all know how annoying it is to pay delivery on purchases. But these are a few options for you. 

+ We try to keep delivery prices as low as possible and we offer free delivery on orders over £40.00 anywhere in the UK.

 + Standard tracking is £2.90, a little less for anything that can fit through the letter box. Delivery usually takes 2-4 working days unless its personalised or made to order but please be mindful of the current situation with Covid 19 where deliveries can be delayed. 

+ If it is an order that you need fast we offer next day delivery Monday to Thursday, you will need to make your order by 10am that day or it will be delivered 48 hours later. This doesn't include personalised, made to order or furniture items

+ Free local Sheffield delivery: We offer free delivery to postcodes up to the 5 mile radius of S8 on Friday afternoons by ourselves with all the Covid guidelines in place. If your postcode is within the 5 mile radius, you will be given this delivery option on checkout where you can give us your delivery instructions. Personalised and made to order items may be delayed and may not not be available on the next allocated delivery day depending when you order it. Furniture is not available for local delivery, we use couriers because of the sheer size of some products. 

 All orders are tracked for piece of mind for you and us.

All orders are well packaged to avoid damage. We try to use as much recyclable packaging as possible. Bubblewrap is essential for some products to avoid damage during delivery. There is special recycle points for this type of plastic.

Orders are usually sent out within 2 working days unless stated if it's a personalised product or made to order. 

 

Delivery outside the UK

We will be be offering international deliveries soon on our website, but do get in touch if there is a product you would like to know the delivery price to a certain country. 

 

Returns

All our products ( except made to order or personalised ) can be exchanged or refunded in an unused, new condition.

All returns are payable by the customer

 

Faulty / Damaged

If anything arrives damaged or faulty please drop us a message straightaway at hello@milkandroses.com and we sort it out for you.
